Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings

What is Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings?

Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings is the official Android app from the Sam's Club warehouse retailer. It gives members and shoppers a mobile way to browse products, manage orders, and keep up with deals.

The app is listed under the Shopping category on Google Play and is developed by Sam's Club. It has been installed more than 42 million times.

How does the Sam's Club app work?

Shoppers can search the catalog, compare items, and place orders from a phone. The app centers on getting purchases to people quickly, so it suits anyone who prefers buying from a phone rather than in a store.

Because the app is tied to a retail account, some features may depend on your membership status and location. Check the store listing for current availability in your area.

What's new in version 26.10.41?

The latest update, version 26.10.41, was released on 2026-10-23. Its main highlight is a same-day delivery option, letting customers place orders at any time and have them prepared and sent out the same day.

The release notes say orders are picked with care and that no extra hidden fees apply. Confirm delivery charges and eligibility at checkout, since fees and service areas can vary.

Is Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings free?

Yes. The app is free to download from Google Play. It contains no ads and offers no in-app purchases, so the listed price is the only cost to install it. Any purchases you make through the retailer are separate from the app itself.

Android requirements and download size

The app requires Android 9 or later. Older devices will not be able to install the current version. The download size is not listed in the facts available here, so check the Google Play page on your device for the exact figure before downloading.

Pros and cons

On the plus side, the app is free, ad-free, and has a high rating of 4.8 out of 5 from more than 1 million ratings. Its large install base suggests broad, active use.

On the downside, the app needs Android 9 or later, and some features likely depend on having a Sam's Club account and being in a supported delivery area. Shoppers who want to avoid any account setup may find it less useful.

Who is Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings best for?

The app suits existing Sam's Club shoppers who want to order online, track deals, and use same-day delivery from a phone. It is a good fit for families and bulk buyers who plan regular trips.

Shoppers who only browse occasionally or who live outside a delivery area may get less value from it.
