Is Dark War Survival free, and does it have ads?

The game is free to download and install from Google Play. The listing does not show ads as a feature of the game, so the facts available here indicate that it contains no ads.

The current version is 1.250.668, last updated on 2026-10-23. The developer describes this update as an optimization pass that addresses some known issues and refines certain feature experiences.

Player ratings and reputation

Dark War Survival holds a 4.4 out of 5 rating from 827,613 ratings on Google Play. A high number of ratings suggests a large, active player base, though ratings alone do not show how a game will suit a particular person.

Reading recent reviews can help you judge whether the game's current version matches your expectations, especially around purchases and device performance.

Pros, cons, and who it suits

Possible strengths include a free entry point, a large install base, a strong overall rating, and recent updates. Possible drawbacks include in-app purchases, which may affect how much you spend, and the Android 7.0 minimum, which excludes older devices.

The game is likely to suit players who enjoy strategy titles on Android and are comfortable with optional purchases. Players who dislike spending money in games, or who use older devices, may want to check compatibility and purchase options first.
